We run Search, Shopping and Performance Max for Norwegian businesses, and measure everything on purchases and submitted forms. Our fee is a share of what we earn you, with no fixed monthly price. (Google Ads was called AdWords until 2018. Same system, new name. Based in Oslo? See the Oslo numbers.)
This is what we do in your account, in this order:
Before we spend a single krone, we set up conversion tracking in Google Ads and GA4. Only real purchases and submitted forms count. Page views and clicks on the phone number don't, because then Google learns to find people who click, not people who buy.
People who google your company name would have found you anyway. At Utvendig Renhold, a lead from those searches costs NOK 47. Mix them in, and the new-customer ads look cheaper than they are: NOK 163 per lead with them, approx. NOK 188 without.
Every week we go through what people actually searched for and add negative keywords. For a cleaning company, that means searches like “vaske taket selv” (wash the roof myself), “jobb” (job), “gratis” (free) and “hvordan” (how to). Those searches cost just as much per click as real customers.
With fewer than 15 conversions in 30 days, we steer with a cap on cost per click. From around 30, we switch to target CPA or target ROAS, set slightly above what the campaign actually delivers. A target below the actual level just chokes delivery.
In August we changed the landing page and the bid target on the same day in one account. Cost per lead went up, and we couldn't tell which change caused it. Now we change one thing at a time, max 20% per step, and judge after 14 days at the earliest.
A clean product feed, product groups by margin and target ROAS calculated from breakeven. We also check Google's numbers against the orders in the online store, because we've seen Google count the same purchase twice. The full Shopping method here.
Utvendig Renhold cleans roofs and facades from Agder to Trøndelag. Each region has its own campaign, its own landing page and its own budget. From June to September 2026, that produced 549 leads at NOK 163 on average.
The same service cost NOK 145 per lead in Trondheim and NOK 341 in Østfold, which started in August. In one national campaign, that difference would have been invisible, and the budget couldn't have been moved to where leads are cheapest. The full case study with numbers per region →
For Mokki, we run Google Ads in Norway, Germany and Denmark. The client is at +127% profit year over year. See more case studies →
Send us your website, and we'll create a concrete proposal for ads and a landing page for your business, showing how it would look with your brand. You get it by email within a couple of days, and it's yours to keep either way.
We set up tracking that counts sales and forms, build the campaigns and add negative keywords before the first ad goes live.
You get a report every Monday: what you spent, what it brought in, and what we're changing this week. The numbers are the same as in your own account, and they're what the fee is calculated from.
The numbers come from our clients' own ad accounts.
