What I do

I make what our clients show in the feed: statics, UGC video and motion graphics. The UGC is filmed by creators or by our clients' own people, and I edit it into ads. Together we make more than 10 new ads a week, and more than 5,000 since we started.

On Meta we measure sales and leads, just like Victor does on Google. An ad set needs around 50 conversions a week to exit the learning phase, so I keep the structure simple and swap out ads when they wear out.
